General Rules
Educational authority & the government requires that student will:
- Attend school regularly.
- Arrive school on time. Student will not be allowed to enter the school premises if they come late.
- Not to come with mobile phone, jewellery or any other fancy items.
- Come in complete uniform with ID-card daily.
- Be attentive in class and regularly do their homework and classwork.
- Have to bring one fruit tiffin and other lunch tiffin. No fast-food is allowed in any of the tiffin.
FEE:
- Fees will be taken only during office hours.
- 10th day of every month is the last day for payment of fees.
- We are not responsible for the money given by you to Rickshaw puller, driver, attendants or teachers.
- Do the payment only in office.
- A receipt will be issued all the time whenever fees have been received.
Conveyance:
- Parents must timely drop and pick up their child to and from the bus/van stop as assigned by the school.
- In no case, a rickshaw, van, or bus will pick up and drop the child at your doorstep.
- It might be possible that a Rickshaw, van, or bus will not come to your place during the rainy season or any other unexpected circumstances.
- The school rickshaw, van, or bus will not wait for the latecomers.
Festival Celebration and School Competition:
- Attend every festival and participate in school competitions.
- The internal assessment will depend upon it.
Examination:
- Each student is required to be present for 75% of school days as pre-condition for any examination.
- Each student must be present on the day of examination and for absentees there will be no re-test or supplementary examination in any circumstance.
Library:
- The library books are the property of the school and the books will be issued from the library on each Friday.
- Students must return the library book on Monday.
- If the library book issued is damaged by the student, then the fine equivalent of the book’s cost shall be reimbursed.
